If your purchase doesnβt feel right, Kaliido offers a simple and transparent return process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
π¦ HOW TO PLACE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email us at:

within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
β’ Order number
β’ Clear images of the product and shipping label
β’ Reason for return
β’ Unboxing video (360Β°) β mandatory
The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish with the shipping label visible.
Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
π° REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For COD orders:
β’ Refunds are issued as store credit only
β’ Cash refunds are not available
Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and verified.
π³ REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS
For prepaid orders (UPI / Card / Wallet / Net Banking), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4β6 business days after the returned product is received in original condition.

β’ Shipping charges are non-refundable
β’ Discounts or coupons applied will be adjusted from the refund amount

β’ Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags
β’ Unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or missing item claims
β’ Do not share OTP with pickup partners before handover
β NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
β’ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
β’ Gift boxes, combos, and hampers
β’ Sale, clearance, or promotional items

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order using store credit or an applicable coupon.
